Run or walk around Arbor Lake in Maple Grove, MN on USATF certified 5k course with family & friends then return to Complimentary Claddagh Irish Pub & Restaurant for Breakfast, Beer, cold and hot light beverages Irish Breakfast & beverages (a $15 value that is included with 5k registration!) & More Irish Hospitality!

6 AM - CC Race Event Worker (CCREW) Volunteers set up course, finish line & indoor registration @ inside the Claddagh Irish Pub Restaurant right near and between the start and finish lines.

7 AM - Pre-registered Check-in, shirt & bib # pick-up & Race Day $50 registration or $40 reduced entry fee for “No Commemorative Shirt” and/or “No Breakfast” option
7:50 AM - Registration Closes & Start Line Assembles for Pre-race Announcements
8 AM - START!
Post race Claddagh Irish Breakfast Buffet, Beer & light beverages await registered participants.
9:15 AM - CCREW begins clean-up and then will join runners indoors for Irish breakfast and fun.

Because there is NO CURE for all the ills associated with lack of exercise…except RxExercise!
